Welcome to Niya Cleaning Services information site! 

Below you will find our packages and services we offer. Please take note if you have any questions or concerns call 773-240-0995 before booking. It is best if you are unsure of the services you need or inquiring about a service you do not see to book a consultation! All clients are required to pay a $25.00 deposit to secure your appointment via Zelle or CashApp. If you are booking a consultation it needs to be at least 24 hours before services are needed.

* Deposits are non-refundable. The $25 does go towards your service.

* Rescheduling your appointment is an easy fix. Please communicate 24-48 hour before appointment about rescheduling. Contact 773-240-0995 with original appointment and when you would like to reschedule.

* Cancelling appointments is an easy process as well. Please communicate 24-48 hours about cancelling upcoming service.
